| The vine (VITIS
in Latin) is a perennial plant which is extremely resistant to a
wide variety of growing conditions (-30°C/+40°C), yet which
is highly susceptible to disease when producing grapes.
Planted vines have an average lifetime of half a century. This
is insignificant compared to humankind, but a long time in the
life of a human.
Vintage is one of the aspects that consumers remember when tasting
wine. Some years are quickly forgotten, whilst others obtain legendary
status.
A bottle of wine offers a delicate alchemy of the fruits of nature
and the fruits of man’s labour. It represents nothing and
everything at the same time. Nothing because it is all too often
drunk and soon forgotten! Everything because we often look back
at special moments in our life and remember the wines that so pertinently
accompanied these particular events.
Copor Sa was founded in 2002 to promote
the commercial activity of wine growers wishing to sell high-quality
wines across rigorously selected networks to ensure a long-lasting
and strong relationship between wine estates and their customers.
Our range of products includes wines from Bordeaux, in the Graves
and Saint-Emilion regions.
