On September 1st, on the occasion of the Paille-Ripaille event, organized by the city of Langon, the Château Tourteau Chollet Rouge 2012 was selected to accompany a “Ceviche of duck breast with foie gras”.
The chef Frédéric Coiffé, inducted as Master Chef of France in 2008, animated this workshop where a dozen people were able to learn how to prepare this wonderful verrine, under the advised and teasing advice of the professional.
The Château Tourteau Chollet Rouge 2012, appreciated by the apprentice cooks, literally sublimated this dish. Its complex and powerful aromas made it possible to raise the taste of the duck breast that a whipped cream with Roquefort strengthened.
Curious bystanders – truly surprised at the quality of this perfect deal – have in turn tasted the Château Tourteau Chollet Rouge 2012 in a frank good mood carried by the Master Cook, Frédéric Coiffé, whose values have been widely transmitted: Show, Share , Associate !
